The Living Dharma: Manifesto of the Three Bells
Our Vision: We do not seek to flee the world, but to inhabit it so fully that every interaction – whether in a temple, a business meeting, or a simple daily exchange – becomes an act of liberation, dignity, and true brotherhood.
1. Ancient Wisdom for a Modern World
Our approach is a non-sectarian (Rimé) synthesis of the deepest esoteric traditions of Tibet and Japan (Nyingma, Shangpa, and Shingon).
We practice Pure Vision: recognizing the Buddha-nature in every being, which allows us to respect others while remaining grounded in self-respect.
We affirm the Preciousness of the Body: while digital technology is a tool for contact, only physical encounters allows for the true transmission of heart and energy. The Dharma is lived in the shared breath.
2. The Three Bells: Our Resonance in the World
The First Bell (Public Awakening): Bringing the values of justice and integrity to institutions and businesses. Reminding automated systems that humanity must always take precedence over process.
The Second Bell (The Esoteric Heart): The intimate practice of tantric instructions that transform the mind and stabilize the nervous system, creating poles of peace in a stressed world.
The Third Bell (Fraternity in Action): The art of speaking the right words in small, everyday interactions, where social peace is built or broken.
3. Healing the Silences That Separate (Facing Ghosting and Stonewalling)
We observe that our society suffers from a tendency toward disappearance and silent withdrawal (ghosting and stonewalling).
Understanding Fragility: We recognize that this silence is often used by institutions as a tool of domination, and by individuals as a form of protection. But in reality, this withdrawal often stems from an inability to cope with difficulty or a fear of confrontation.
The Invitation to Connection: Without tolerating the harm caused by these absences, we choose the path of reconciliation. We encourage a mature return to dialogue. We offer a space where one doesn't need to disappear to feel safe, inviting everyone to "dare to be present" rather than isolated.
4. An Ethics of Kindness and Responsibility
The Alchemy of Error: We firmly believe that human beings are fallible. A mistake made in good faith is not a problem, but an opportunity for collective growth. We reject the culture of blame: mistakes should never be used to dominate, manipulate, or justify laziness, but rather to mature together.
Integrity and Transparency: In business as in our personal lives, we advocate for clear communication. Commitment is sacred. We act with "gentle firmness": being uncompromising on the values of justice while remaining tender toward human vulnerability.
Conclusion: Lightening the World's Weight
Suffering resides not only in major tragedies, but also in the sum of small, daily frustrations we accept out of habit. By practicing fraternity in every interaction, by refusing to disappear for one another, we create a world where joy is no longer a luxury, but the natural climate of our lives.
Our Motto:
"Resonate with clarity, act with integrity, and never break the thread of presence."
