To establish a permanent, non-sectarian spiritual sanctuary in Quebec, Canada—a dedicated "Vessel" for the preservation of esoteric heritage, sustainable retreat, and public community benefit.
In the past, our practice moved through inconsistent environments. Today, we have matured. We are establishing a ground that is always available and consistently aligned with its purpose. While Vajra Traya provides the spiritual guidance (the Nectar), Ghanta Traya acts as the non-profit organization (the Vessel) that provides the physical and digital resonance required to sustain it.
I. The Single-Pronged Ground: The Custodian’s Retreat
The heart of the lineage. This is a modest, stable sanctuary where the mental and intellectual labor of reviewing the path takes place.
Institutional Ownership: The land and the physical structure belong exclusively to the Ghanta Traya Foundation. No individual holds personal ownership or private rights to this ground.
Functional Purpose: This space is designated for sporadic, intensive use—not for residential living. It is a site for silence, review, and spiritual refinement exclusively for the collective benefit.
Future Accessibility: While currently serving our Lead Teacher to ensure continuity, this structure is designed to host other qualified practitioners in the future, maintaining its role as a resource for the entire lineage.
II. The Three-Pronged Ground: The Sangha’s Pavilion
The "Shared Room" for our core community—those who actively labor for the foundation.
Purpose: A dedicated workspace for esoteric teachings and collaborative pro bono projects.
Institutional Role: Our Operational Headquarters for board meetings and planning sessions.
III. The Five-Pronged Ground: The Public Temple
The "Open Gate" for the enlarged community and the general public.
Purpose: A stable sanctuary for ceremonies and cultural exchange, ensuring heritage is accessible to all.
To ensure absolute integrity, the Ghanta Traya Foundation operates under a strict Non-Profit Posture:
Prohibition of Personal Gain: No structure, tool, or ground belonging to Ghanta Traya can be used for private goals or personal retreats. Every asset is strictly dedicated to altruistic purposes and the common good, managed in good faith by the Board of Directors.
Collective Stewardship: All land and infrastructure are held in trust by the Foundation. These are institutional assets that cannot be sold for private profit or repurposed for personal enterprise.
Radical Transparency: We maintain a rigorous separation between the Foundation’s assets and the directors' private professional lives. This redundancy in our declaration of intent ensures that our "Internal House" remains as pure as the service we provide to the public.
