Ghantatraya (The Three Bells) is the non-profit engine dedicated to building the physical and institutional "Ground" where the Dharma can be practiced, preserved, and shared. We don’t just build walls; we build the Vessels of Service.
Our mission is to stabilize the three "Headquarters" already in operation—moving from informal activity to a recognized, permanent physical and digital manifestation.
The Administrative Headquarters
Before a stone is laid, the "Space" must be cleared legally and digitally. This foundation ensures our commitment to transparency and global reach.
Institutional Integrity: Maintaining our NPO status and legal protections to ensure the lineage remains a recognized, stable entity.
Technological Stewardship: Leveraging high-integrity digital resources to protect our community’s data and organize global human rights support.
The Operational Headquarters
This is the "Shared Room"—a bridge between private life and public service. It is a space for practitioners to "pulse" together on collaborative projects.
Collective Rhythms: Transitioning from meeting in private homes to a dedicated, stable environment for shared practice.
Focused Service: A workspace where the primary meditation is the work we perform for the benefit of others.
The Civic Headquarters
The "Open Gate" is our permanent, stable location where the doors are open to the general public and various entities.
Preservation & Legacy: A sanctuary for ceremonies, housing sacred texts, and ensuring the Dharma remains accessible for future generations.
Civic Recognition: Establishing a physical presence that is known and respected by local and global institutions.
To ensure absolute integrity and transparency, Ghantatraya maintains a clear functional separation from the Vajra Traya school.
While Vajra Traya provides the spiritual guidance and curriculum (the "Software"), Ghantatraya provides the infrastructure and administrative support (the "Hardware").
Open Gates: Ghantatraya is not an exclusive venue. While it serves the Vajra Traya lineage, the foundation is designed to host other teachers, traditions, and speakers of good faith who align with our mission of service.
One-Way Support: The non-profit exists to serve the public and the lineage as a whole. It is an independent entity that does not fund any private enterprise.
Ghantatraya is currently governed by a dedicated Board of 8 individuals, with the capacity to expand as the foundation grows.
The President’s Role: Although the President of Ghantatraya is also a practitioner/teacher within Vajra Traya, all fiscal and administrative decisions are bound by NPO bylaws to ensure that the foundation’s assets are used solely for its stated non-profit mission.
A Public Resource: Our focus is on stabilizing our physical and digital presence so we can be held accountable by, and recognized by, the various government and human rights entities we support.
"The Bell does not ring for itself. It rings to wake the world. Ghantatraya is the hand that holds the Bell."
