About Us
About Us
The Ghanta Traya is governed by a dedicated Board of eight individuals who have operated as a cohesive team long before our formal incorporation. Our leadership is rooted in a "Non-Profit Posture"—a commitment to serving those in need without expectation of personal gain.
Our foundation was born from a collective pilgrimage—a fundamental experience where we learned to work in total harmony. For years, we have operated as an informal brotherhood, providing free assistance to individuals facing complex impasses with governmental and corporate entities.
We founded this NPO not to change what we do, but to give a "formal cloth" to our existing work. By transitioning into a recognized foundation, we are increasing our capacity to help others, moving from individual acts of kindness to a structured, efficient, and ready-response organization.
To ensure absolute transparency, Ghanta Traya maintains a strict boundary between our collective mission and our directors' private professional lives.
Sebastiano Sforza
President & Visionary Lead
Drawing on his experience in both traditional lineage and professional practice, Sebastiano oversees the foundation's strategic direction. He ensures that the "vessel" (the non-profit organization) remains a stable environment, allowing the "nectar" (the teachings) to reach the public. While maintaining his own independent professional infrastructure for his private practice, his role within Ghanta Traya is to offer dedicated, unpaid service to the community.
Nohan Fleurant
Vice president & Operational Coordinator
Inheriting a curiosity toward our world has helped me navigate the cold structures of our time. My experience as a manager has allowed me to refine my vision of global dynamics, learning that it is better to guide than to seek control. My background in IT was born from a passion for ethics—to promote digital tools that serve our humanity, rather than the other way around.
Our pilgrimage to Shikoku revealed to me the quiet magic of existence: no matter how weary the journey, energy always returns—especially when we help others. I find my joy in creation, whether through the arts, craftsmanship, or community life, with the intention of inviting more peace into the world. For me, Ghantatraya is the natural evolution of that pilgrimage. It is the place where I anchor myself and commit fully to serving with intelligence and love, so that together, we may build something authentically beautiful.
Geovana Santos
Secretary
Geovana is the steward of our institutional integrity. She ensures that all administrative, legal, and organizational processes are transparent and in full compliance with Quebec’s non-profit regulations. Her work ensures that the "Vessel" is built on a solid, clear legal ground.
Adan Felipe Herrera
Treasurer & Fiscal Steward
Adan manages the foundation’s financial health and transparency. His focus is on ensuring that every resource—whether a donation or a software tool—is used strictly for our non-profit mission. He maintains the clear ethical boundary between the foundation’s assets and the private lives of its members.
Our other founding directors represent the diversity of our "Spiritual Friendship." Coming from various professional backgrounds, they lead our efforts in digital stewardship, civic engagement, and the preservation of sacred texts.
